I have been painting since my school days beginning with A Level Art.
I find that I enjoy painting because it gives me satisfaction – striving to achieve an aim, hopefully. I want to capture a free flow of minds within the delights of imagination.
I enjoy all mediums, oils, acrylics, watercolour, pen and ink; I don’t have a particular favourite.
Painting makes me feel excited and exuberant but sometimes it’s a struggle to keep patient with the work.
In the long term I would like to become a professional artist and take on commissions, it would be a bit scary but it would be great to try.
With each of my works I try to put across what I am wishing to express.
